Forest begin again under Oliver Glasner, with Europe still fresh in the memory.

Forest came through a turbulent 2025/26 that ran through four different managers and still reached the Europa League semi-finals, their first European run in 29 years. For the new season the club has appointed Oliver Glasner, who takes over a squad that was strengthened heavily last summer, with the club-record sale of Elliot Anderson to Manchester City the headline of the current window. The season has not kicked off yet, so everything below is the picture as it stands in pre-season. The aim is a return to the top half.
