On this page
Twenty Clubs is run by a small team. This page explains what information we handle when you use the site, why we handle it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@twentyclubs.com and we will explain it properly.
1. What we collect
If you are just reading the site
We use Google Analytics to count visitors and see which pages are useful. This tells us things like which pages are popular, roughly which country a visit came from, and whether people are on a phone or a laptop. It does not tell us who you are.
If you sign in to play Called It
You sign in with your Google account. From Google we receive your name, your email address and your profile picture. We use these to set up your account and show who you are in a league. We never receive your Google password. Alongside that, we store the predictions you make and any leagues you create or join.
Saved in your browser
Your predictions and preferences, such as light or dark mode, are saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them next time. That data sits on your device. If you sign in, your predictions are also saved to your account so they follow you across devices.
2. How we use it
We use this information to run the site and the game: to score your predictions, to show your leagues and tables, to keep you signed in, and to understand roughly how many people are using Twenty Clubs so we can make it better. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not build advertising profiles.
5. Your choices and rights
- You can use almost all of the site without signing in or giving us anything.
- You can ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it at any time. Email hello@twentyclubs.com and we will do it.
- You can clear your browser's storage to wipe the predictions and preferences saved on your device.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser opt-out add-on.
- If you are in the UK or EU, you have rights over your personal data, including to see it or have it deleted. Just ask us.
6. Age
The site is open to everyone to read and the free game is for general audiences. Any future paid competition will be strictly 18 and over.
7. Changes and contact
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date below. For anything at all about your privacy, email hello@twentyclubs.com.
