Bournemouth begin their first European season

Bournemouth are coming off the best season in their history. Sixth place in 2025/26 earned a first ever European campaign in the Europa League. Andoni Iraola has moved on after that record year and Marco Rose has taken charge, with the squad being rebuilt after several summer sales and work underway to expand the Vitality Stadium. The new season has not kicked off yet, so the countdown below runs to the opening day.
