Buying home tickets

Home tickets are exclusive to members: for each home fixture Mags Members access tickets through the Mags Member Ballot, the Mags Member Sale and the Mags Member Ticket Exchange.

Newcastle United membership 2026/27

Newcastle United's scheme is The Mags, Mags+ and Junior Mags Members, and membership is what unlocks ticket priority windows before any general sale, so for the popular fixtures it is the realistic way in. Join before the sale window for the game you want, not after it opens.

Buying from overseas

Visiting from the US or elsewhere abroad? The rules are the same: tickets come only from Newcastle United's official site and exchange, and membership priority applies wherever you live. Leave plenty of lead time for popular fixtures, avoid unofficial resale sites entirely, and if you cannot get a ticket, every game is televised somewhere worldwide.

How to buy Newcastle United away tickets 2026/27

The away allocation at St James' Park is typically ~3,000, housed in the Leazes Stand. Away tickets go to season ticket holders first in loyalty-point order, with a priority window for those with the most points and the threshold dropping with demand until all season ticket holders can buy, plus a small ballot for supporters below the threshold.

Returns and resale

Sold out? Newcastle United's Mags Member Ticket Exchange lets members buy and sell returned tickets for individual games. It is the only safe resale route; tickets bought from touts or unofficial sites can be cancelled at the turnstile. Open the official ticket exchange →

Hospitality

Matchday hospitality and premium seats are booked directly with the club. Our Newcastle United hospitality guide covers the lounges, what a package includes and how to book, and the official page has current availability.

Digital tickets

Newcastle United tickets are digital: you load them into a mobile wallet or the club app rather than collecting a paper ticket, so take a charged phone to the ground.
