Buying home tickets
Manchester City's membership scheme is Official Cityzens Membership, whose paid tiers include Matchday Membership (buys home tickets) and Cityzens Membership, plus a Junior tier and a free Cityzens membership. For most men's home league games you need a Matchday Membership to buy general-admission tickets; season ticket members and Matchday or Junior members get priority in a phased sale before any rare general sale, with a separate Cup Scheme for home cup matches.
Away tickets
The away allocation at Etihad Stadium is typically ~3,000, housed in the South Stand. Away tickets are allocated on Ticket Points, a loyalty currency built up by attending matches over the years that never resets; tickets are sold in phases starting with the highest points totals and stepping down, so the most loyal fans are served first.

Returns and resale
