Crystal Palace tickets and membership

Buying home tickets

Home Premier League tickets are sold to members through a priority window before wider sale, with Gold Membership getting a 72-hour priority window; membership gives priority but does not guarantee a ticket.

Crystal Palace membership 2026/27

Crystal Palace's scheme is Membership tiers including Gold and Junior Gold, plus Adult, Junior and International Members, and a Season Ticket+ product, and membership is what unlocks ticket priority windows before any general sale, so for the popular fixtures it is the realistic way in. Join before the sale window for the game you want, not after it opens.

Buying from overseas

Visiting from the US or elsewhere abroad? The rules are the same: tickets come only from Crystal Palace's official site and exchange, and membership priority applies wherever you live. Leave plenty of lead time for popular fixtures, avoid unofficial resale sites entirely, and if you cannot get a ticket, every game is televised somewhere worldwide.

How to buy Crystal Palace away tickets 2026/27

The away allocation at Selhurst Park is typically ~2,000, housed in the Arthur Wait Stand. Away and cup tickets are allocated first by Loyalty Points, earned by season ticket holders and members through spending and attending away games, with a small number of away tickets held back for a members' ballot.

Returns and resale

Sold out? Crystal Palace's Ticket Resale lets members buy and sell returned tickets for individual games. It is the only safe resale route; tickets bought from touts or unofficial sites can be cancelled at the turnstile. Open the official ticket exchange →

Hospitality

Matchday hospitality and premium seats are booked directly with the club. Our Crystal Palace hospitality guide covers the lounges, what a package includes and how to book, and the official page has current availability.

Digital tickets

Crystal Palace tickets are digital: you load them into a mobile wallet or the club app rather than collecting a paper ticket, so take a charged phone to the ground.
