Buying home tickets
Chelsea's membership scheme is Official Membership, with tiers Ticket Forwarding, Junior Blue, CFC Blue, True Blue and True Blue+. For men's home league games you generally need a Chelsea Membership; members apply in priority allocation windows before any members' general sale, with the higher tiers getting the first allocation window and CFC Blue members a ringfenced pool.
Away tickets
The away allocation at Stamford Bridge is typically ~3,000, housed in the Shed End. Away tickets are sold on Loyalty Points, which members earn by buying tickets for competitive men's first-team fixtures; season ticket holders take the bulk of the allocation and remaining tickets go to members with the highest points totals.

Returns and resale
