Buying home tickets
Brentford's membership scheme is Brentford Membership, with Adult, 18-24, Swarm, Bee Team, Babees and Bees Overseas tiers. A valid membership is required to buy any Premier League ticket without a season ticket; members' sales windows open in order of TAPs (Ticket Access Points, a five-year rolling attendance score) from highest to lowest, with any remaining tickets then going on general sale to all members.
Away tickets
The away allocation at Gtech Community Stadium is typically ~1,600, housed in the East Stand corner. Away tickets use the same membership and TAPs structure as home games, with windows opening high-to-low TAPs and roughly 5% of each allocation reserved for a member ballot.

Returns and resale
