Buying home tickets
Adult and Junior Members get access to priority members' sales windows for home league games before any tickets are offered to general sale, so membership is effectively needed for the most in-demand matches.
Aston Villa membership 2026/27
Aston Villa's scheme is Claret Membership (with Claret Lite for season ticket holders), plus Adult and Junior Memberships, and membership is what unlocks ticket priority windows before any general sale, so for the popular fixtures it is the realistic way in. Join before the sale window for the game you want, not after it opens.
Buying from overseas
Visiting from the US or elsewhere abroad? The rules are the same: tickets come only from Aston Villa's official site and exchange, and membership priority applies wherever you live. Leave plenty of lead time for popular fixtures, avoid unofficial resale sites entirely, and if you cannot get a ticket, every game is televised somewhere worldwide.
How to buy Aston Villa away tickets 2026/27
The away allocation at Villa Park is typically ~2,900, housed in the Doug Ellis Stand. Away tickets are sold via a ballot open only to Season Ticket Holders, Claret Members and Club Members, rather than going to general sale.
Returns and resale
Sold out? Aston Villa's Ticket Exchange lets members buy and sell returned tickets for individual games. It is the only safe resale route; tickets bought from touts or unofficial sites can be cancelled at the turnstile. Open the official ticket exchange →
Hospitality
Matchday hospitality and premium seats are booked directly with the club. Our Aston Villa hospitality guide covers the lounges, what a package includes and how to book, and the official page has current availability.
Digital tickets
Aston Villa tickets are digital: you load them into a mobile wallet or the club app rather than collecting a paper ticket, so take a charged phone to the ground.
