Arsenal tickets and membership

Buying home tickets

Members access home tickets through per-match ticket ballots (such as the Red ballot) via their Online Box Office account, with any tickets left after the ballots available to non-members.

Arsenal membership 2026/27

Arsenal's scheme is Arsenal Membership: paid tiers include Silver, Red and Cannon (and junior tiers), while Gold and Platinum are season-ticket tiers, and membership is what unlocks ticket priority windows before any general sale, so for the popular fixtures it is the realistic way in. Join before the sale window for the game you want, not after it opens.

Buying from overseas

Visiting from the US or elsewhere abroad? The rules are the same: tickets come only from Arsenal's official site and exchange, and membership priority applies wherever you live. Leave plenty of lead time for popular fixtures, avoid unofficial resale sites entirely, and if you cannot get a ticket, every game is televised somewhere worldwide.

How to buy Arsenal away tickets 2026/27

The away allocation at Emirates Stadium is typically ~3,000, housed in the Clock End. Away tickets are sold in priority phases using an away points and credits system, starting with Season Ticket Holders and the members holding the most away points; the older Away Scheme and Travel Club are closed to new members.

Returns and resale

Sold out? Arsenal's Ticket Exchange lets members buy and sell returned tickets for individual games. It is the only safe resale route; tickets bought from touts or unofficial sites can be cancelled at the turnstile. Open the official ticket exchange →

Hospitality

Matchday hospitality and premium seats are booked directly with the club. Our Arsenal hospitality guide covers the lounges, what a package includes and how to book, and the official page has current availability.

Digital tickets

Arsenal tickets are digital: you load them into a mobile wallet or the club app rather than collecting a paper ticket, so take a charged phone to the ground.
