How to get Arsenal tickets for the 2026/27 season, in plain English: how home tickets go on sale, what membership gets you, how the away allocation works and where to buy safely. Every link here goes to Arsenal's own official ticket site, and we never sell tickets.

Buying home tickets
Arsenal's membership scheme is Arsenal Membership: paid tiers include Silver, Red and Cannon (and junior tiers), while Gold and Platinum are season-ticket tiers. Members access home tickets through per-match ticket ballots (such as the Red ballot) via their Online Box Office account, with any tickets left after the ballots available to non-members.
Away tickets
The away allocation at Emirates Stadium is typically ~3,000, housed in the Clock End. Away tickets are sold in priority phases using an away points and credits system, starting with Season Ticket Holders and the members holding the most away points; the older Away Scheme and Travel Club are closed to new members.

Returns and resale
Sold out? Arsenal's Ticket Exchange lets members buy and sell returned tickets for individual games. It is the only safe resale route; tickets bought from touts or unofficial sites can be cancelled at the turnstile. Open the official ticket exchange →
Hospitality
Matchday hospitality and premium seats are booked directly with the club, with packages and what they include listed on the official site. See Arsenal hospitality →
Digital tickets
Arsenal tickets are digital: you load them into a mobile wallet or the club app rather than collecting a paper ticket, so take a charged phone to the ground.
