The slot system
A normal weekend spreads games across Saturday 12:30 (usually TNT Sports), a group of 3pm kick-offs (not televised in the UK), Saturday 5:30pm (usually Sky), Sunday 2pm and 4:30pm, and Monday 8pm. Midweek rounds kick off at 7:30pm or 8pm. Broadcasters move their picks into the televised slots when each round is confirmed.
